  • Uploaded Documents: PDF files you upload for auditing (carrier estimates, building codes, contractor estimates).
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
  • Contact Information: Email address if you contact us directly.

2. How We Process Your Documents

Uploaded PDF files are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for analysis. The AI processes the documents to identify missing line items and generates audit results. Documents are transmitted securely and are not retained by the AI service after processing is complete.

3. Data Storage

Audit results (including identified missing line items and summary data) are stored in our secure database (hosted by Supabase) to allow you to access your results. We do not store the original PDF files you upload — only the extracted audit findings.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Our platform uses only essential technical cookies required for basic functionality.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your documents and audit results are shared only with the following service providers as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Google (Gemini AI) — for document analysis
  • Supabase — for secure data storage
  • PayPal — for payment processing
  • Vercel — for application hosting

6. Data Retention

Audit results are retained in our database to allow continued access. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access-controlled database storage to protect your information.
