GetLineLogic ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered estimate auditing platform accessible at getlinelogic.com. The platform analyzes insurance carrier estimates (Xactimate) against local building codes and contractor estimates to identify potentially missing line items.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Use of the Platform
Our platform is intended for use by roofing contractors, public adjusters, and building professionals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all documents you upload.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
The audit results generated by our AI are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. AI outputs are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used in any insurance claim, supplement request, or legal proceeding. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated findings.
5. Pricing and Payment
The platform provides a free preview of audit results, including the number of missing line items and total estimated recovery value. Full audit details, including specific line items, Xactimate codes, code citations, and downloadable PDF reports, are available for a one-time fee of $4.99 per audit, payable via PayPal. All payments are non-refundable once the full report has been accessed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the GetLineLogic platform — including software, algorithms, design, and branding — are owned by GetLineLogic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetLineLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated audit findings.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
